It is possible to board Blue Star with a car, motorbike, sidecar, minibus, camper van or as a pedestrian.

The vehicle may also be equipped with a roof box (bicycle rack, roof box, etc) or a towed item (trailer, caravan, etc) provided this is declared at the time of booking.

Modification and cancellation of tickets with Blue Star Ferries

If you have booked your Blue Star crossing on smartferry.com or by telephone with one of our agents, it is possible for us to modify or cancel your crossing according to the conditions applicable to your ticket.

To do this, please contact our customer service department by telephone on 04.65.84.14.13.

If you have made your reservation directly on the Blue Star website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Is it possible to travel without facilities on a Blue Star Ferries crossing?

It is not necessary to book a cabin or seat to travel on Blue Star Ferries. Blue Star Ferries offers deck tickets which allow access to all the common areas of the ship.
