It is possible to board Blue Star with a car, motorbike, sidecar, minibus, camper van or as a pedestrian.

The vehicle may also be equipped with a roof box (bicycle rack, roof box, etc) or a towed item (trailer, caravan, etc) provided this is declared at the time of booking.

Exclusive cabins

Blue Star offers exclusive cabins with or without windows for up to 4 people.

Shared cabins

Blue Star also offers the possibility to book a bed in a shared room.

Cabins for PRMs

Blue Star ships are equipped with cabins adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) that are spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair and have adapted bathroom facilities.

Cabins for animals

Blue Star ships offer pet-friendly cabins with easily cleanable floors that are subject to advanced cleaning.

Seats

Blue Star offers passengers the option of booking airplane-style seats in a private lounge. This option offers the possibility of a comfortable journey at a lower cost.

Internet on board

Blue Star ships are equipped with Wi-Fi access allowing you to enjoy the internet throughout your journey. Internet access is available from a computer, phone or tablet through the ship’s @SEA portal.

It is possible to travel on Blue Star with your pet, provided you declare it at the time of booking.

During the crossing, pets can stay with their owner or be placed in a kennel.

If you have booked your Blue Star crossing on smartferry.com or by telephone with one of our agents, it is possible for us to modify or cancel your crossing according to the conditions applicable to your ticket.

To do this, please contact our customer service department by telephone on 04.65.84.14.13.

If you have made your reservation directly on the Blue Star website or via another platform than smartferry.com, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

It is not necessary to book a cabin or seat to travel on Blue Star Ferries. Blue Star Ferries offers deck tickets which allow access to all the common areas of the ship.
